This is not only really good for you but it takes surprisingly good! I had one of these at my sister’s house and when she first suggested it I wasn’t so sure but now I’m hooked!
- One Carrot
- One Orange
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- One cup of milk
- Half a cup of Ice
- A Squeeze of Lime
- 1 tsp of white chia seeds
The carrot smoothie is incredibly easy to make. You just mix together the ingredients, blend, and enjoy!
